Talk:Substitutes for Leadership Theory
The language used in the article has been corrected to reflect Wikipedia's neutral point of view guidelines. For instance in the 3 instances where theories have been described using the word "dominant", the wording has been changed to indicate that these theories were the focus of several researchers at the time, which is supported by the literature cited. Words such as "prominent" were also removed in more than one instance, and replaced with less judgmental wording.
All articles are cited using parenthetical citation in accordance with APA formatting, which is acceptable according to wikipedia's referencing guidelines (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citing_sources#Parenthetical_referencing) Zehramike (talk) 17:19, 25 October 2011 (UTC)
