Doesn't look notable. It must have been written by the company itself - 2 notes are pointless - one is a list of licensed NZ air carriers, with partial addresses, and another a company listing on a site that notes the details and existence of corporations. The third source mentions them once at the very end, in a sentence that isn't even completely about them, indicating they started a rival service in a Navajo.
