ABC Pool is a website being developed by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). The site was launched as a public beta in August 2008[1] and is a space where people can upload, share and talk about their work.[2][3] Some of the best work on the site has been to air via programs on the ABC’s Radio National and ABC Open network. ABC Pool is a project that explores the space between broadcast and participatory media.

The site makes use of a wide variety of Creative Commons licenses, both releasing limited ABC archival material as CC and allowing users to licence their work as CC.
