Thaandavam (Template:Lang-ta) is an upcoming Tamil action film directed by A. L. Vijay.[1] The film will feature Vikram,[2] Anushka Shetty[3] and Amy Jackson[4] co-starring lead roles. It is produced by UTV Motion Pictures and features background score and soundtrack composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar.[5] The movie is a remake of Hollywood flick The Bourne Identity.[6]

Production
The movie will have never-seen- action scenes in Indian cinema, involving Hollywood technicians. The film commences shooting in Chennai from December first week and will go on continuously in various locations of USA and in Delhi in addition to various locations in South Tamil Nadu. UTV Motion Pictures|UTV]] commenced an innovative title contest in Twitter and it received massive response from fans of cinema and Vikram.[7] Vikram will be seen in a similar role as Matt Damon — a patient suffering from amnesia in search of his own identity. The big buzz is that while Anushka Shetty will play his wife, Amy Jackson will essay Vikram’s lover. Sources say that the movie will be entirely shot in Los Angeles city.[8]
