Revert of copyvios

I've just reverted to a June version to eliminate multiple copyvios introduced by a student. See WP:IEP for the background to this cleanup effort. The first three references I checked all had multiple sentence fragments unchanged in this version. I screwed up the edit summary for the reversion, but the three I looked at were http://www.simmatecusa.com/advantages/greendev/, http://www.dailyfinance.com/2009/07/16/wal-marts-eco-labeling-mandate/, and http://www.costar.com/josre/JournalPdfs/06-Barriers-Green-Development.pdf.
