Unicode characters for these two marks

Evidently U+0332 COMBINING LOW LINE and U+1AB6 COMBINING WIGGLY LINE BELOW (under ballot as of this date) should represent these. -- Evertype· 11:24, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Shouldn't 司馬遷 be underlined as well? And maybe even 任安??
