CTV Specialty Television Inc. is jointly owned by CTVglobemedia and ESPN (which is 80% owned by The Walt Disney Company and 20% owned by Hearst Corporation), with 80% and 20% (16% of CTV Specialty Television Inc. by The Walt Disney Company and 4% of CTV Specialty Television Inc. by Hearst Corporation) voting interests respectively. (The equity interests differ somewhat.)
