The Peninsula School is an independent, co-educational, Anglican, day and boarding school, located in Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia.
Founded in 1961, the school is set on the large hilly green fields overlooking Port Phillip Bay in the Mornington Peninsula and is a member of the Associated Grammar Schools of Victoria. Peninsula has a non-selective enrolment policy and currently caters for approximately 1,400 students from Pre-school to Year 12.
Then principal, Mr Ray Hille who retired at the end of 2009, after eighteen years of service. Mr Ron Zammit, Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Peninsula School, announced the appointment of Mr Stuart Johnston as the fourth Principal of The Peninsula School, to succeed Mr Hille on 1 January 2010.
The school has a reputation for innovation, notably winning a statewide RACV Energy Breakthrough.[1]

The Peninsula school has a compulsory Saturday sport program between years 7 to 12 involving compulsory attendance at least two trainings per week as well as having to participate in games on Saturdays. A medical certificate is required to gain exemption from this.
