In Drake's video

I added:

"The two sides have since reconciled to the extent that Slaughterhouse can be seen alongside Eminem in the video for rapper Drake's song 'Forever'." I don't have a reference for this and I'm not sure how to add one. However, they can be clearly seen alongside Eminem in the video, the video is available for view on allhiphop.com if somebody wants to check (they are only in Eminem's section of the video). To add to this, there were also rumours that this would lead to the group signing with Eminem's record label but since that is gossip and not fact I decided to leave it off of the page.

Royce confirmed they were talking about a possible deal —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.83.96.245 (talk) 21:40, 19 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Supergroup? Really?

This needs to be said. Can Slaughterhouse really be a hip hop supergroup considering only one of these cats has dropped a retail album and the rest havent even dropped one hot single at all in their careers? Struggling to break into even the indy charts does NOT make a group a supergroup.

Crooked is the only one who hasn't dropped an official album. Royce and Budden both have plaques from record sales; the other two are well-known and critically acclaimed within their genre. A supergroup is a group of already established and successful artists coming together as a collaborative entity. I agree there is a lot of "faboyism" in this article but I also believe that Slaughterhouse definitely qualifies as a supergroup even more so than many others listed on the supergroup page here on Wikipedia.72.184.233.201 (talk) 20:04, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds like an obsessed fan wrote it. These guys barely moved 10k in units on their first week and they're considered a supergroup? Westside Connection is a supergroup, Cypress Hill is, Slaughterhouse is not. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.219.31.253 (talk) 12:43, 5 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A supergroup isn't a group that is super, as you seem to be suggesting, it is just the term used for when artists who are already known form a group together.
Cypress Hill is not a supergroup as they became famous as a group, not as individual members who then became a group. Crateescape101 (talk) 12:00, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Associated acts

I'm not going to argue about Yellawolf because they are now labelmates and have done a few songs/freestyles together but why is Bun B. or Mr. Porter not listed? Bun B is the "unofficial" 5th member of the group and Mr. Porter has done 1/2 of the composition for the group.. I could name others too (Pharoahe Monch, Tech N9ne) but there's no need to create an extended list. I definitely think Bun B & Mr. Porter should be on there before Yelawolf whose only association is that they are labelmates. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.184.233.201 (talk) 20:16, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
