Hassan Yousuf Mudhafar Al-Ghailani commonly refer as Hassan (Template:Lang-ar), born June 26, 1980 is an Omani football defender. He recently played for Al-Rayyan and is a member of the Oman national football team. Hussain scored a magnificent goal against U.A.E. in qualification for the 2007 Asian Cup, as well as another goal against U.A.E. in the 17th Gulf Cup.

His name, Hassan Yousuf Mudhafar Al Gheilani or Hassan bin Yousuf bin Mudhafar Al Gheilani (or Ghailani) means Hassan, son of Yousuf, son of Mudhafar, ancestry of Gheilani.

He was often incorrectly refer as Hassan Mudhafar[1] or Hassan Yousuf[2] or Mr.Yousuf or Mr. Mudhafar. FIFA.com,[3] AFC[4] and RSSSF[5] use Hassan Al Gheilani is the correct version of his name.
