Puppeteer's account has been used solely for self-promotion of actor Abhishek Kumar, whom he says he is at [1] and [2]. Following deletion and salting after WP:Articles for deletion/Abhishek Kumar on 11 Dec., puppeteer then re-creates it on 12 Dec. at Abhishek kumar.

Less than an hour later, puppet account User:Himanshu181in adds a piped link to Abhishek kumar from Paanch Ghantey Mien Paanch Crore as his first of only 2 edits at [3]. Puppeteer attempts to removed the db-repost with which it gets immediately tagged. He gets a level 3 warning to stop re-creating the article from an admin an hour later: no further edits from puppeteer account.

15 hours later, second puppet account User:Andrewsymonds12 makes his first edit, an undeletion request for Abhisekh kumar at [4]. He's advised by reviewers to try a userspace draft, which is does at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Abhishek Kumar. This gets moved immediately to main space Abhishek Kumar(Actor) by an apparently unaware user User:Dr meetsingh, and speedied G4 again as it's an identical repost to the one that was AFD'd. Puppet User:Andrewsymonds12 requests undeletion again on 17 Dec. at [5], but this time is flatly told by reviewers "no, not yet notable." Edits since then have consisted of deleting referenced content and pushing his name up to the top of the cast list in Paanch Ghantey Mien Paanch Crore, e.g. [6], and posting uncivilly at my talk page after I revert this and give him a level 4 warning on unexplained blanking.

Note similarities between posts by puppeteer at [7], and puppet Andrewsymonds12 at [8]. Also note that Andrewsymonds12 denies using two accounts at [9] and [10]. Filing Flunky (talk) 16:39, 22 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would suggest a stern warning that they should stick to one account, and that accounts may be blocked if they do not. Comment I don't think there's intent to harm Wikipedia, but there is clear evidence of the use of multiple accounts to avoid getting the puppeteer account (with which the user, a film actor, has publicly identified himself) blocked for continual attempted end-runs around the rules on notability.
