Trauma is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes papers four times a year in the field of Emergency Medicine. The journal's editors are Ian Greaves (the James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough) and Keith M Porter (Selly Oak Hospital). It has been in publication since 1999 and is currently published by SAGE Publications in association with TraumaCare.

Scope

Trauma aims to publish authoritative reviews of all aspects of trauma such as prevention through prehospital management, accident and emergency medicine and physical and psychiatric rehabilitation. The journal publishes articles which range from reviews providing definitive commentary on a spectrum of subjects, to shorter features examining current controversies.
