Daniel Robert Loper (born January 15, 1982 in Houston, Texas) is an American football guard for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the fifth round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas Tech.

He played high school football at Episcopal High School in Houston, Texas.

Loper was signed by the Detroit Lions as a free agent prior to the 2009 season.[1]

Loper was released by the Lions on April 15, 2010.
