Pop Song is the first single by the Drugs. It was released in 2000 and earned the Drugs some positive press. It has been described as "addictive".[1] A live version was released on The Only Way Is Up. Its synth intro is the basis of track 1, "Sucked In!", on Music's in Trouble.

Themes

It is a parody of boy bands and love songs.

A music video was released showing the Drugs in battle with a stereotypical boy band.
