Municipal Valencia was a Honduran soccer club based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. It was promoted to first division in 2003–2004. Their best league position was third place. Before the beginning of the 2006-07 Apertura season Valencia sold its category to Hispano FC for three million lempiras due to financial problems requiring traveling to other cities for their matches. Most of the team's members became members of Hispano FC such as the manager Edwin Pavón and many of the players including Luis Rodas, Kerpo de León, Gilberto Santos, "Tuché", Marco Mejía, Henry Jiménez, Johnny Galdámez, Gerson Amaral, Rigoberto Padilla and Roy Posas.
