My father served 3 tours of duty in Viet Nam. The third was voluntary. My best friend's father was killed by the Viet Cong as were other members of my circle of friends' fathers as they all belonged to the same battalion. I have little sympathy the individual who wrote the entries of this diary or respect for the individual who "saved" it.
