Shruti Pathak (born October 27, 1982) is a Filmfare Award-nominated Indian playback singer and lyricist working in Hindi films.

With just one song, 'Mar Jawa', singer Shruti Pathak managed to grab the attention of Bollywood. Like the protagonist of the film Fashion, Shruti too has had to struggle her way into Bollywood. But after earning nominations in both Filmfare and Star Screen Awards, she seems destined for a promising career as a playback singer.

The soft-spoken and petite singer who also pursues writing as a hobby – she penned and sang ‘Payaliya’ for Dev D – tells us about the singer-composer relationship, her best critic, and abstaining from fast food.
