Hapoel Netanya Football Club (Hebrew: מועדון כדורגל הפועל נתניה‎) was a football club based in Netanya, Israel.[1]

History

The club was formed in the early 1940s.[2] At the start of the 1970s the club was playing in Liga Bet which back then was the third division in the Israeli football league system. The biggest accomplishment of the club came at the end of the 1974-75 season when they got promoted to Liga Artzit (then the second division). After 4 seasons in the second division they got relegated at the end of the 1978-79 season.

After major financial problems the club was disbanded in the 1980s.
