Chikni Chameli is an item song from the movie Agneepath 2012, an upcoming thriller film, proposed to be released on January 26 2012 on the Republic Day of the India. This song features Katrina Kaif as the lead, along with Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt. This song is choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.[1]
Perception
It is a remake of the Marathi song 'Kombdi Palali'[2] . The song was well received by critics and audiences alike.[3] Atul Gogavale: 'Chikni Chameli is the outcome of Marathi music popularity'.
