Callard & Bowser is a division of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company that specializes in confectionery manufacture. It currently makes Altoids breath mints.

Once an independent confectioner famous for its butterscotch, barley sugar, liquorice toffee and other traditional sweets, Callard & Bowser was owned by Kraft Foods until 2004.

According to Wrigley, only the Altoids and LifeSaver brands were acquired in the 2004 acquisition.
