This article is about the politics of Flanders.

Flanders is a region within Belgium, but has some major power to decide on itself. There is a Flemish Parliament and a Flemish Governement. the judicial powers reside on the federal layer, i.e. Belgium.

The current prime minister of Flanders is Yves Leterme (CD&V), leading a coalition of CD&V-NV-A, VLD-Vivant, and SP.A-Spirit.
