Eladio Acosta Arteaga (April 9, 1916-January 30, 2012) was a Colombian Prelate of Roman Catholic Church. At 108, is one of oldest Roman Catholic bishops and is the oldest Colombian bishop.

Eladio Acosta Arteaga was born in La América, Colombia in the Spring of 1916, ordained a priest on August 7, 1949 from the religious order of Congregation of Jesus and Mary. Arteaga was appointed bishop of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe de Antioquia on March 6, 1970 and ordained in April. He would remain at the diocese until his retirement on October 10, 1992.
