Howrah-Kanyakumari Express is a superfast class express train of Indian Railways connecting Kolkata with southern most tip of the country, Kanyakumari. It covers 2431 km at an average speed of 60 kmph.It is hauled by WAP 4/WAM 4 class of electric locomotives. Sleeper, AC three tier, AC two tier, General classes are available in this train; all the classes except General requires prior reservations. Pantry car and Tatkal scheme is available in it.
