"U Make Me Wanna" is a song by American hip-hop artist Jadakiss, released as the third and final single from his second studio album, Kiss of Death. The song features American singer Mariah Carey and was produced by record producer Scott Storch. "U Make Me Wanna" was sampled by Bow Wow for his song, "Kiss My Ass", featuring Nicki Minaj.

Reception

The song was already available for digital download in June 2004, but only entered the Billboard Hot 100 in November 2004 at number 75. It eventually peaked at number 21. At the second Annual GV Music & Fashion Awards of Groovevolt, "U Make Me Wanna" was nominated in the Best Song Collaboration by Duo or Group - Hip Hop category.
