Improvements to the Article

Info box

Thanks for creating the article. In the info box it states the day that the floods dissipated was Sept 21, but that was the day that the rain ended. Wouldn't "dissipates" indicate the day when flooding was no longer an issue. In that case, it should read "on going". They should rename this the "2009 North Georgia Floods"
