Merge with Robocall

Shouldn't this article be merged into Robocall?

It's essentially the same thing.

"Reverse 911" redirects here but is not describe in the article. Someone who knows about reverse 911 should add something on the subject. --Cab88 10:23, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reverse 911 is a trademarked commercial product using VB technology. There are also many other commercial organizations that provide voice broadcasting. Singling out this commercial product in this article would most likely be promotional and against WP guidelines and it should not be added. Further, recommend Reverse 911 redirect to this article should be removed. Calltech 18:06, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The term is also used generically. I added a brief explanation. -- Beland 03:54, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
