FC Norchi Dinamoeli Tbilisi is a Georgian football club. They play in Pirveli Liga since they were promoted in 2006.
The club successor, Dinamo-2 Tbilisi, split from FC Dinamo Tbilisi in July 1999 and formed as Tbilisi. The club played at Umaglesi Liga 1999-00 but were relegated twice into Meore Liga in 2001. In 2006, Norchi Dinamo were promoted to Pirveli Liga.
In the next season, the club merged with FC Merani Tbilisi and played as Norchi Dinamo-Merani B. After Merani were relegated and faced financial difficulty, Norchi Dinamo split away.
