Doupi is a well known local dish from Wuhan, Hubei province in China.

The name of the food came from the material of the outside layer, which is made with blend of the green bean powder, milk and flour. The inside of the doupi usually contains steam or fried sticker rice blend with bean curb dice, sliced meat, mushrooms and scallions.[1]

Locals mainly consume it as breakfast or lunch.
