It's 65wpm isn't it?

In any case, someone typing at a "minimum speed of 60wpm" is NOWHERE close to "near verbatim", given that people tend to talk at speeds of up to 180wpm. Electronic notetakers using dedicated software can get up to speeds of about 90 to 100wpm, which is precis, not "near verbatim".
