A British architectural firm based in London and established in 1994 and a RIBA Registered Chartered Practice.[1] The firm's principal studios are located at Carnwath Road, London.[2] In 2012, the firm employed 48 staff, including four statutory Directors, John Assael, Russell Pedley, Greg Greasley & Niall Cairns.[3] The practice is focused on urban regeneration, social awareness and designing places to live across all forms of tenure, from private for sale, private rent (including Build to Let & Multi-family residential), intermediate and socially rented homes, themes that have long been a feature of their work.[4] Place-making, celebration of public space and the encouragement of public engagement is also a recurring theme and used to create value in their work.[5] They practice nationally and internationally in the residential, hotel, leisure, mixed-use, and master planning sectors. Assael Architecture Limited is owned by its co founders, John Assael & Russell Pedley.
