Pilgrimage Diplomacy or Dargah Diplomacy is a new term in political science and international relation. yo usually it happen with travels of the politicians from countries to and enemy country under the pretext of pilgrimage but do political discussion or political aims. it happen in Iranian officials travel to mecca and to Iraqi holy shrine in the 70s and 80s and recently travel of President Asif Ali Zardari's "private spiritual journey" is consider as pilgrimage diplomacy private visit to India with the aim of pilgrimage to dargah Ajmir Sharif in India , but ended with accept of invitation but Indian prime minister to travel to Pakistan.the mass media has sugested the pilgrimage visit should set the stage for the two sides to tackle contentious issues tentions and obstacles.[1] although a private visit but in the dinner table were most important decision maker of India.national daviser of Indian security and many others. prime minister Singh had accepted Zardari's invitation to visit Pakistan also reiterate New Delhi's demand that "Islamabad prosecute the perpetrators of the 2008 Mumbai.[2] pilgrimage Diplomacy or "A spiritual journey”of Zardari's visit should now set the stage for the two countries to tackle contentious issues like the probe into the Mumbai attacks and the sharing of river waters.
