Foster Care Independence Act: Changes Coming Soon

Hi there, although it seems like this page has not been getting much traffic, I wanted to let folks know that I am currently working on updating this page. I should have all the new changes posted within a few days. Although I have used some of the sources already existing, I will be deleting everything on the current page. I am updating the page through the Wikimedia project as part of a MPA public policy class. Any feedback would be much appreciated once the article is posted.
