Stewardship in Christianity
- In a Christian context, stewardship refers to the responsibility that Christians have in maintaining and using wisely the gifts that God has bestowed, including the environment. In some settings, stewardship is operationalized as time, talent and treasure. An example of stewardship is in Genesis 2:15. The verse teaches that humans are responsible for nature.
