The 2011–12 Israel State Cup (Template:Lang-he, Gvia HaMedina) was the seventy-nine season of Israel's nationwide football cup competition and the fifty-eight after the Israeli Declaration of Independence. It began on 2 September 2011 while the final was held in Ramat Gan Stadium on 15 May 2012. The winners, Hapoel Tel Aviv qualified for the third qualifying round of the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League.[1]
On 15 May 2012, Hapoel Tel Aviv won the Israeli State Cup after winning 2–1 in the final against Maccabi Haifa.
