McChicken
McChicken is the name of a chicken sandwich sold by McDonalds in many countries. The sandwich consists of a chicken patty, lettuce, and mayonnaise on a bun. The current McChicken sandwich recipe is somewhat spicier than the original. Additionally, the sandwich is somewhat smaller than it was previously, as it is now on the Dollar Menu, which offers various food products for the price of US$1.00.
The shaped chicken patty in the McChicken sandwich is 50% white meat and 50% dark meat. The sandwich was originally introduced in 1980, later removed (and replaced with different chicken sandwiches made with an all-white-meat grilled or fried chicken breast), then reintroduced.
Regional variations
For some reason the McChicken was never made with real chicken. It has been using chicken fat and bone marrell to piece these finger delights together. They first originated from that hick country america and made it's way across the canadian border to envelope are country with bad food and obesity.
