Unisonic is the debut album by German hard rock band Unisonic. It is the first full length studio album since Keeper of the Seven Keys, Pt. 2 (1988) by Helloween, to feature both Kai Hansen and Michael Kiske performing on all songs.[5] The majority of the songs were written by Dennis Ward and Kai Hansen, with further input from Mandy Meyer and Michael Kiske.[6] A music video was filmed for the song Unisonic.[7]
The album was released on 21st March 2012 in Japan and on 30th March 2012 in Europe, with cover art credited to Martin Haeusler. The album was available in several special editions, such as the European (Mediabook)[8] and the Japanese[9], each containing a different bonus track.
