I have asked to be unblocked, but unblocking has been declined due to lack of reason for unblocking. The message I received was as following:

I have no idea why I was blocked, I did not know I had to give a reason either for my unblocking request. I work for a filmproduction company, which is the reason why there are also other users on our IP-address. I would like to be unblocked so I can create a page for a international feature film titled &ME (which is listed on IMDB already). The film is produced by Phanta Vision Film International (amongst others, it's a international coproduction)
How should I continue? Do I have to write to Daniel Case who declined my unblocking and how do I do it and where?
