Ruthanna Khalighi Hopper (born 5 December 1972, Taos, New Mexico) is an American author. In 2008 she co-wrote the New York Times best-selling novel "Celebutantes". In 2011 the follow-up novel "Beneath A Starlet Sky" was published by St. Martin's Press. In 2005, she produced and starred in Americano.[1]

Biography

She was born in New Mexico in 1972 and is the daughter of actor Dennis Hopper and actress Daria Halprin. In 2008, she co-wrote Celebutantes with Amanda Goldberg, daughter of producer Leonard Goldberg.<ref>{{cite http://us.macmillan.com/beneathastarletsky/AmandaGoldberg In 2008 she married film director and screenwriter Steven Brill.
