Akin Gump's work has been recognized by leading legal media and rating publications and organizations. In 2010, the firm was ranked as one of the nation's top 20 corporate law firms by Corporate Board Member In the same year—and for the third year in a row—Akin Gump was named to The National Law Journal's "Appellate Hot List".[1] of firms "with stellar records in appellate advocacy." Commitment to Community
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has a number of lawyers involved in pro bono projects at any given time. More than 70% of the lawyers at the firm devote 60 hours to pro bono projects.
