color marker

there is a slight ambiguity in the protein part; the net charge on proteins varys quite a bit - some are neg, some are positive. the std practice is to add SDS; this coats most proteins and adds a lot of neg charge. by the way, i no longer contribute to wiki because a for profit person or entity can sell my work; i don't mind if non profit people copy it with attribution; but someone making money off of my back is simply wrong, and I don't understand why other wikians are not up in revolt on this issue.
