How much did this resemble the 1401?

I'm neither a 1401 programmer nor a System 10 programmer. How closely did the -10 resemble the 1401? Was it aimed at filling a niche abandoned by IBM when they introduced the 360? Peter Flass (talk) 17:33, 3 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
