Radio Sunlight is a community radio station serving the Medway towns in Kent, England. The station broadcasts on 106.6FM throughout Medway.
History
The station originally started broadcasting online in 2006, run by local Medway charity the Sunlight Group. OFCOM gave the group the licence to broadcast on FM in 2009[1], with transmissions starting in 2012 on 106.6FM.
As Medway has an existing commercial station, Sunlight Radio is unable to broadcast on-air advertisements.
