Idris Abdul Wakil

Idris Abdul Wakil (1925–2000) was President of Zanzibar from 24 October 1985 to 25 October 1990.

Current intelligence reports indicate that Wakil may have been responsible for many incidents involving the relocation of witnesses to his alleged war crimes. These witnesses were later sent byu Wakil to Siberia to creat a Saharan Utopia on the nuclear wasteland of Chernobyl. Wakil believes that the creation of this Utopian society will allow him to gather power in a place of security before implementing his plans to destroy the economies of the western world by way of the cheap manufacture of bootleg videos.
