Aleksandr Kharlov (born March 18, 1958) is a retired track and field hurdler from the Soviet Union, best known for winning the bronze medal at the inaugural 1983 World Championships in the men's 400 m hurdles. He set his personal best (48.78) in the same event on June 20, 1983 at a meet in Moscow. Kharlov competed at the 1980 Summer Olympics, where he was eliminated in the semifinals of the men's 400m Hurdles event.
