Kerala Porotta (or Porotta) is a south Indian flatbread made with dehusked (white) wheat flour. These are prepared with by a technique which involves waving and puffing the dough in order to form the layers.

Kerala Porotta is named after the south Indian state of Kerala, where it is a common item on the menus of all restaurants.

It is usually served with a vegetarian or non-vegetarian curry dish.
