Neon Alley
Neon Alley is a subscription-based anime broadcaster being created by Viz Media with programming from both Viz Media and other studios including Aniplex of America. The content will be accessible by game consoles such as the PS3 and Microsoft Xbox. Scheduled to launch in September 2012, the service will feature 24 hour anime content, including popular titles such as Naruto, Inuyasha and Death Note, as well as lesser known titles such as Bunny and Tiger, Zetman and Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan.[1] The service is expected to cost $6.99 per month, and will initially launch in the United States and Canada.[1]
Marketing
Viz Media used the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con International as an opportunity to tape potential fans for channel promotions[2] and to promote the project in panel discussions.[3]
