Cypress High School

Cypress High School is a 9th–12th grade public high school in Cypress, California, and is one of eight high schools in the Anaheim Union High School District. It is located in north Orange County, and primarily serves middle income students. It was established in 1973.

Faculty

The current principal of CHS is Dr. Ben Carpenter, who replaced Dr. Norm Fried in 2004.

Dr. Ben Carpenter is the current principal of Cypress High School. He began this position July 2004 when Norm Fried retired.

Movie history

Parts of the film Better Luck Tomorrow were filmed at the high school by one of its graduates, director Justin Lin.

Notable Students

Andrew Ung (Class of 2005) attended Cypress High School. He is currently a compulsive liar, who said he went to Harvard, but really attended Northeastern University. He also claimed that he ran a $3 Million hedge fund at the age of 17, when, in reality, none of that was true. He might also claim that his father has a Ferrari Enzo (or that he recently sold one). This is not true. Andrew ung Claimed his family lived on Pelican Hill, his father drove a white Gallardo, and he had an M3 at his house in Cypress where he and his sister lived alone and attened high school. They were sent to high school in cypress because Vibol and Rene did not want their children exposed to the Ultimate Luxury of the area they grew up in. Long story short, Andrew moved to Boston, lied and conned everyone he met here, and eventually was abducted by his imigrant father, back to luxurious cypress, where he currently sits in his bedroom plotting his next "big move". This kid is a fucking BLUFF.
