Israel Dairy Board (Template:Lang-he, Mo'etzet HeHalav) is a limited company registered in November 1965. The company was established by the Israeli Cabinet at the time, as a body in which decisions essential for proper functioning of the dairy industry in Israel will be made. Thus, the board serves as an umbrella organization since its foundation, shared by all parties involved in producing dairy products in Israel: the Israeli government (which engages in regulation), farmers' organizations and cattle farmers, and dairies. In practice, the board is regularly engaged in planning and coordinating the management of Israel's dairy farming.
