Niecon Developments
Niecon Developments is the property development arm of the Nikiforides Group, which started in the construction and development industry in Canberra in 1969, later expanding into Sydney and coastal New South Wales.
The Group relocated to South East Queensland in 1978 and is currently developed The Oracle in [[Broadbeach, Queensland. Niecon also developed the nirvana by the sea building, a 15 story highnrise resort at kirra beach, coolangatta queensland.
The niecon subsidary companies developing oracle and nirvana by the sea both went unto receivership after completion due to financing issues and because many pre-construction purchasers did not proceed to settlement, largely due to the global financial crisis.
