Song |
"Help Me!" is a single by Robin Gibb and Marcy Levy, written by Robin Gibb and Blue Weaver. It reached #50 in the US. Gibb and Weaver continued to work together by supplying music for the soundtrack of the RSO movie Times Square, and they wrote this song which is heard over the closing credits. It's odd to hear Gibb singing with Marcy Levy, I am a lonely girl in an empty world as if this was not written to be a duet.[1] A music video was also made for this song. It was released in September 1980 as a single and also in October 1980 on the soundtrack Times Square. It was also released as a single in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain and in the UK. In Italy, this song was released as the B-side and the A-side was "Blues Power" by Eric Clapton, but it was released only as promo single.[2]
